Why nonprofit
We don't take a cut. We don't charge to play.
Most venues treat new artists as a door-fee gamble. StageFound runs as a nonprofit specifically so that equation never applies to you.
Donations and grants cover the room, the rig, and the staff. Every artist plays free, keeps everything they make from merch and tips, and leaves with a professional recording — regardless of how big the crowd was that night.
